Grade A+ - Excellent quality

The Grade A+ category refers to smartphones in practically new condition . 

Example: These are models that were returned within the legal 14-day return period or originate from the renewal of business contracts . They have practically no signs of use. They come in the original box, with all original accessories included.

In summary:

• In perfect condition, like new.
• No signs of apparent use, or very discreet.
• The best quality you can expect from a refurbished product

Grade A - Very good Quality

Grade A smartphones are in practically new condition and with very little wear. Occasionally, they may present very light scratches on the structure, difficult to see with the naked eye. There are also other details such as the edge around the glass must not have visible cuts or scratches, except near the charging port.
The box may only have a cable and charger.

Example: A grade  A refurbished iPhone  will have minimal marks on the corners, a clean screen, the back of other sensitive areas of its body and a construction with no apparent signs of use. You are likely to find  slight signs of wear , for example on edges.

Grade B - Good quality and price

The second best quality you can expect from refurbished equipment. Without this affecting operation, you will find  some wear  on the body, mainly on the edges, back and screen, among other areas.

Refurbished equipment will have the corners and back more likely to show wear and/or some minor scratches. On the other hand, they become cheaper products, with the depreciation being merely cosmetic compared to grade A.

Grade C - Best price

Aesthetically,  it presents scratches , some  permanent  or deep. In addition, you may notice  marks of extensive use  by the previous owner, visible mainly on the edges and areas of greatest use or touch.

The functioning of reconditioned equipment is not compromised, and is also subject to inspection and technical review, with appropriate replacements if necessary. If your budget is tight, here are the cheapest options.

• Notorious marks from prolonged or intense use.
• It may present some deeper scratches, being less aesthetically pleasing.
• More affordable prices and 100% functional product.

Grade D - Only for parts

These are  defective products , which  do not work , or whose aesthetic damage is severe enough to compromise their integrity. As a rule, they are not available for sale to the public. These are products used as  parts donors .
