| Do you have a balance in your current account? 😊

If you have a balance in your current account and want to use it, you should follow the steps below.

• Add the product(s) you want to the shopping cart;
• In the shopping cart, you will find a "Green" button to apply the balance. By clicking on it, the balance will be deducted from the total value of the shopping cart;
  • If the "Green" button does not appear, make sure your registration includes your NIF (only then can we associate it);
  • How can I check? You can check by clicking here
• After deducting the balance, you can proceed by clicking "Continue".

IMPORTANT:

1. The total amount in the shopping cart must be greater than the balance in your current account. Only then will you be able to use your balance;
2. You can only use your balance via the website if you have a customer record (you can verify this in the credit note, under the "Entity" field).
3. The balance in the current account is valid for one year from the date of its creation.
